After a morning walk, I went to this restaurant for lunch to get better at restoring my strength. The restaurant's decoration is very attractive, with a subtle dark tone and adding decorative elements related to wild hunting. I was curious to watch various hunting hooks, and even tried a cowboy hat, let alone, and my clothes matched. The furniture inside is a combination of fabric and solid wood, there are soft sofas, solid wood dining chairs, etc., making people feel very comfortable. The amount of activity in the morning was a bit large, and I was hungry. On the intimate recommendation of the waiter, I ordered smoked duck, chips, roasted ribs and roasted vegetable salad. Smoked duck with cabbage salad, fried onions, chili peppers and beans, exudes a charming smoky aroma, as if the meat had just been taken off the fire and brought to my face, the duck was very tender, the entrance was instant, and the aftertaste was long. The side dishes are French fries and grilled vegetable salads, which also have a smoky flavor but retain their shape and taste, while potatoes are just right: soft inside the outer fin. The ribs are superbly cooked, the meat is tender and delicious, and the meat is easily removed from the bones. Although there are not many varieties involved in the restaurant's wine list, there is still room for choice. I ordered a cup of spiced cherry tea, sweet berry flavor, light and delicate, adding a warm atmosphere. I am very satisfied with this restaurant trip. The dishes are rich and large, the taste is excellent, highly recommended!
